Welcome to The Good Kitchen!
When Amber first started The Good Kitchen, she had a simple concept in mind: to make nutritious, healthy and great tasting meals easily accessible to everyone. It’s a rather simple concept, borne out of her own life experiences, having seen firsthand the importance of eating well in order to live better. For herself and her family.
Yet so many of us have so much on our plates these days that it becomes hard to prioritize everything. No matter how busy we are, we shouldn’t have to compromise on our nutrition. Finding organic, sustainable and responsibly-sourced meals while balancing out life should be easy. And now it is.
The Good Kitchen has made it easy to heat-and-eat delicious, high quality, prepared meals that can be delivered wherever and whenever you want them. Peace of mind included. We make sure our farmers and producers meet the highest ethical and sustainability standards. From there, we artfully craft all of the ingredients into delicious, chef-driven meals that are as tasty as they are healthy. All you have to do is heat, eat and enjoy. Oh, and think about what you’re going to do with all that extra time.

TGK For Sustainable Sourcing
We believe that you are not only what you eat – You are what you eat eats. In other words, your fuel sources need to be bulletproof right down to the soil.
The Difference is in the Details
One of the differentiating components of The Good Kitchen and the service we provide is how we source the ingredients we use in our meals. We look at our ingredients with the same integrity as those we feed ourselves. This means we only want the best; for us, and for you. We use only 100% Grass-Fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised poultry, pork, eggs, lamb and turkey.
Sustainable
We work with farmers like Hickory Nut Gap in Fairview, NC, who utilize Animal Welfare standards and GAP certifications, promote sustainability and – are working to push sustainability a step further to encompass regenerative agriculture. We source produce from farms and farmers using Organic practices.
Green Shipping Protection
Big news—we have officially partnered with Corso for Green Shipping Protection™! This means as our customers, you now have the ability to offset 100% of the carbon associated with your shipment and protect your order against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling.

How to Enjoy Your First Meal!
To heat meals, peel back the plastic cover from a corner to allow steam to escape. Heat meal on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Heating times may vary based on the wattage of your microwave. You should always reheat food to 165 degrees. Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. Allow the meal to sit for 30 seconds before removing the plastic.
